Ration Distribution by NGOs in Mumbai

Lalit Foundation on every fourth Saturday of each month distributes groceries and essential ration to the visually impaired and physically disabled persons. An identification card has been issued after due verification to these persons for smooth collection of groceries each month during the distribution. Subject to the budgeting each year, new applications/ requests are received by the Foundation via phone call, email or letter and then the needy and deserving persons are registered with the Foundation, after due verification and assessment of their documents/ identities.
